TOM ODDY

As a teenager, Tom was building his own computers and teaching himself programming. He went on to study Computer Science at the University of Leeds, then joined a customer data platform as a software developer, starting as an intern and staying on full time for two years.

In that role he watched how businesses used the tools they invested in. Some transformed how teams worked. Others collected dust. Over the next six years, he helped businesses with their IT needs, starting part time until it became his main focus. The same issue kept coming up: companies did not need more technology, they needed someone who could step back and see how all the pieces fit together. In 2023, he founded Tzer to do exactly that.

At Lampert LawGiC, Tom is the person the team turns to when a technology decision matters. He understands complex systems and explains them clearly. He is the first call when something breaks. Outside of work, Tom is an enthusiastic home cook, a regular at board game nights with friends, and his latest obsession is padel.
