For years, Julia spent her summers in the water. As a lifeguard and swim instructor, she learned early that the best way to earn someone's trust (especially a kid who is absolutely convinced they will never learn to float) is to show up consistently, stay calm, and make it fun.
After earning a degree in psychology from Western University, Julia moved into film production, where she found a different kind of high-stakes environment. Behind the scenes, every department, person, and call sheet served a purpose, and if one piece fell out of place, the rest could quickly follow. The experience taught her how teams operate under pressure and how important it is to keep everyone moving together.
At Lampert LawGiC, Julia does exactly that. As Executive Assistant, she works across the firm, connecting lawyers and clients, moving between the administrative and operations sides of the firm to help improve workflow, keep schedules on track, and ensure everyone's day-to-day runs the way it should.
Away from work, Julia can be found at the gym, in a Pilates class, or on the golf course, where she is having a great time and will leave it at that! When she needs to recharge, there is nowhere she would rather be than at the cottage, watching an iconic Ontario sunset from the dock.
