Before Lampert LawGiC, Braden worked as a Program Director at a summer camp and spent time in the entertainment industry, including a role in an Adam Sandler film.
As Program Director, he learned how to run a busy schedule and keep a team of counsellors motivated. The entertainment work taught him how to read a room.
At Lampert LawGiC, Braden focuses on operations and client experience. He works alongside the team to coordinate internal projects and refine workflows.
He believes good operations are invisible when done right. When he is not working, you will find Braden on the tennis court or spending time with his golden doodle, Lincoln.
